This Lunar New Year, we invite you to experience something truly special: a celebration of Chinese flavours, reimagined through the lens of Australia’s best produce.

From 29 January to 16 February, head chef Juwon and former head chef Will have crafted a one-of-a-kind menu that blends classic Chinese dishes with an unmistakable Australian twist. Think bold, traditional flavors elevated by the diversity and quality of Australian ingredients—an exploration of taste that you won’t find anywhere else in Sydney.
