Arthur creates a uniquely all Australian 5 course set menu. Our menu is constantly evolving, with our chefs focusing on produce that is in season and at it’s best. Our signature set menus, available to all guests, offers additional extras to enhance your experience.

Arthur’s drinks list is a reflection of the diversity and drive for quality by local producers that define Australian dining today. The all-Australian wine list has a global approach, featuring both Australian classics as well as producers taking inspiration from other regions around the world.

Covering all wine-producing states and territories, the list offers breadth by showcasing the different styles that our country’s terroir can produce from singular grape varieties. The list also features winemakers, including Mac Forbes and Sarah Crowe, giving us a chance to to showcase a depth of vintages and to highlight the capacity for these wines to age as gracefully as the best wines of the world.

At less than 100 wines, our small list allows us to establish rewarding relationships with the wineries we support and to understand the value of each individual bottle and its contribution both to our restaurant and also its place in the Australian wine landscap
