Having always had a Ngeringa varietal on our menu from the beginning, we know they’re consistently high quality wines, are a match made in heaven with our food and are created sustainably in methods that match our ethos. So it’s only natural that we pair up for our second wine dinner and bring a range of their certified bio-dynamic wines to Arthur with a custom menu for one night only.
We’ll be joined by the wine maker himself, Erinn Klein, along with Connor from Whole Bunch Wines, and they’ll take us through each pairing of the evening, and tell us a little bit more about the wine making at Ngeringa winery.

Ngeringa is a certified biodynamic vineyard and winery specialising in classic, fine wines that are full of vitality and born of tradition. Their vineyards are located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, South Australia, a region reputed for producing some of Australia’s most elegant cool climate wines. Winemaker, Erinn Klein and co-founder, Janet Klein create Ngeringa wines, oil and vegetables on their farm which they have nurtured with great care. Originally part of the world-renowned Jurlique herb farm, their land has been certified biodynamic for more than 20 years. Ngeringa is one of Australia’s original biodynamic wine growing pioneers.
